Fall Equinox: healing + reflection
The Fall Equinox serves as a powerful metaphor for balance in our own lives. As we witness nature’s delicate equilibrium, we’re prompted to reflect on the balance we seek within ourselves. Autumn encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us, just as trees shed their leaves. It’s a season of transition, where we release the old to make way for new beginnings.
Over the past few months I have been exploring exciting new healing modalities including reiki and sound healing. After months of practice and exploration, I am very excited to announce that this Thursday September 28th, I will be hosting a Full Moon Healing Ceremony live on Zoom
